Dr Wayne Mullen, EMBA, MSc

Mollitiam is a London-based leadership and organisational development consultancy established by Dr Wayne Mullen, and serves clients globally.

​​​​​​Wayne has worked across the globe in leadership and organisational development. His corporate experience includes Chief People Officer and Executive Advisor to the Board at Sentiem, a London-based investor and venture builder, Chief People Officer at Xapo Bank, Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Quartz Enterprises, Global Head of Leadership and Organisational Development at VTB Capital, and Head of Leadership and Development for Standard Bank’s international investment banking business. He has delivered leadership, executive and top team development programmes across Europe and globally including USA, Brazil, Mauritius, Mexico, South Africa, Moscow, Canada, Antigua, Uruguay, Philippines, Korea, and Hong Kong. Above all, Wayne is pragmatic. Having served as Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff and Executive Advisor to the Board on executive teams including a $2billion global technology conglomerate he understands the complexity and knottiness of executive leadership.

Wayne holds a Masters in Organisational Behaviour (Occupational Psychology), an EMBA, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Organisational Development (awarded the Ken Goulding Prize for Research Excellence). His doctoral research focused on the experiences and development needs of minority leaders.

He is a Fellow of Leadership and Organisational Development at The Integrity Centre, a Visiting Professor of Leadership, Organisational Development, and Diversity at Middlesex University, and a trustee of The Attic Theatre Company. Wayne is Burmese/Scottish by background and a Londoner by birth.
